We made the system

Generally we talk too much about what all wrong is happening around us and rarely appreciating anything but… We all know things are not in such a bad shape. To tell you the reason why i said this, I would like to share one incident occurred with me in the recent past.
It was an early Monday morning of November and I was having flight from Delhi to Bangalore. I was coming back from my friend's wedding. Flight was at 6:15 in the morning and I was late for the flight, It was 6:00 when I entered airport premises. Boarding for my flight was already closed and the last announcement for me was going on. I rushed to the boarding counter, collected my boarding pass and contacted the flight staff. I told them that I am late, and asked for their help. They helped me in bypassing the long queues and after a minute I was at the security check counter. I kept my phone in the tray for scan check and in hurry forgot to recollect it. It was my new phone which I bought it for 8.5K.
I was in the bus which was taking all the passengers to the aircraft, and somehow was feeling that something was missing and that was my mobile. I told the staff person in the bus that I forgot my phone at security check; these are my phone details (I put down all my details on a piece of paper.)please coordinate with your staff. Then their reply was that it was not a big problem & I should carry on to aircraft they'll hand over my mobile in aircraft only.
Aircraft was about to take off, I was waiting for somebody to bring my phone back but nobody came & after a moment aircraft was in the air.We reached Bangalore… there again as my last attempt I contacted the Kingfisher staff and told them everything; they asked me to write a letter with all my mobile details and give to them and asked me to call them a day after. With all the hopes I called in the next afternoon and they spoke what I was expecting them to speak, a pleasant voice told that “your phone is with kingfisher Bangalore staff, kindly come with your ID proof and collect it.” I went there and I got my phone back. In this incident it was me who made mistake but system helped me at every moment. Since we are the people who made system, made mistakes then blame system. Instead of spreading negativity if we help system we can make the world a better place to live. Thanks!
